Flat Top Larry's (originally named for the flat ironed griddle used to prepare our food) is a creation by executive chef and founder Larry Lare in which he teamed up with Fort Myers native and "MasterChef" runner-up, Derrick Peltz  to bring you a new and unconventional approach to "Diner food".

At Flat Top Larry's we like to create the perfect ambiance for our customers. A non traditional industrial approach based straight out of the 1950's & 1960's, where our flat ironed griddle is used to prepare food for hungry customers as they watch from the counter!
