As a partner in the Fort Meyers, Florida, office of Hahn Loeser, Kevin concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial, homeowners association and contested estate litigation. In his practice as a commercial litigation attorney, Kevin has tried and arbitrated numerous jury and non-jury cases and has prosecuted related appeals in state and federal courts.
Kevin’s interest in commercial litigation arose after he was part of a litigation team that defended an aircraft manufacturer in a mass tort case. Seeing the bonds formed in the trenches of high-stakes litigation made him love the practice. His passion is assembling teams to achieve excellent results for clients by drawing order out of chaos.
AT HAHN LOESER
